Job Description

In this position the Yard Representative interacts with other employees and customers handling equipment logistics and ensuring the safety and functionality of rental equipment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have reliable transportation

Training

• Will be trained in the operation of heavy equipment in a safe manner
• Will be trained to take proper photos of the equipment going out and when it comes back in as part of the damage assessment process
• Will be trained to assess damaged equipment

Responsibilities

• Inspect rental equipment to ensure its proper functionality and safety
• Perform regular cleaning of the equipment
• Communicate with the customers regarding equipment operation and safety
• Check the equipment in and out, recording any damage or issues
• Communicate with other employees for the movement of equipment for repair assessment
• Adhere to company policies and safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment for both fellow employees and customers
